CanopyNation expands employee benefits solutions as it combines operations with local firm

Oct. 22, 2026 — CanopyNation today announced it has combined operations with Insurance Consulting Group Inc., a leading Memphis employee benefits agency. The agreement strengthens CanopyNation’s ability to deliver employee benefits and human resources solutions to Mid-South businesses. Insurance Consulting Group has helped companies access, understand, and implement employee benefits and human resources strategies since president Steve Rodgers founded the firm in 1986.

All Insurance Consulting Group team members, including Rodgers, will remain with the company as CanopyNation employees, bringing the total number of employees to 35, with 15 based in Memphis.
